[cisco-voip] Hunt List/Line Group with CfwdAll Behavior?

CM hunt lists/line groups ignore any call forwarding settings on
members of the line group. However your call is ending up in the
voicemail for 3003 it's not via CFA. In this scenario 3003 should
still ring and eventually 3004 should be tried.

Is somebody sitting at 3003 hitting iDivert because they don't want
to hear the phone ring?

In this scenario: Hunt Pilot 2000 goes to hunt list containing a
single line group. Lines in the lines group are
3001,3002,3003,3004. This is a top down line group. A caller
calls 2000. 3001 rings, but there is no answer, 3002 is busy, 3003
has thier line CallForwardAll to 3009 (not a line group member).
When the call reaches 3003, it end up in the Unity mailbox for 3003,
and it does not goto 3004. Shouldn’t the hunt list/line group
skip a member that has thier line set to Cfwdall? Or a simpler
questions: What is the default behavior that a Line Group will take
with a member who has set their line to CFwdAll and there are still
other member not yet tried?
