[cisco-voip] help with macro to record crs

Hey I got the desktop record function to work. but it only seems to work
with one agent. And this agent is me.. I did all the config from desktop
administrator on my laptop, which is the same machine I have desktop and
supervisor agent installed on. Not sure if this have something to do with
it

Im trying to create a macro to do a continue recording of agents in ipcc
express 4.0.3..
i have desktop admin install on one of the agents workst. I know you goto
workflow to create the macro. But im alittle stump at this point.
