[cisco-voip] crs recording are pretty bad

Is there anything I can do to clear up the crs recording for my cad agents..
in the lab this worked just fine,  but we only test with 2 phones.   I confg
the span port with the vlan im spanning aswell as without.   The recording
are all garble.  I have separate vlans for native, data and voice on the
switch.  Monitor works great.
