[cisco-voip] crs recording are pretty bad

What codec are you using and what is the codec sampling rate set to (CCM, on the gateway, etc). CRS likes 20ms and I have seen garbled recordings when sampling rate was set to something other then 20ms. 

Also check to make sure all interfaces end-to-end that the voice stream passes through have no errors.

I confg the span port with the vlan im spanning aswell as without.   The recording are all garble.  I have separate vlans for native, data and voice on the switch.  Monitor works great.
