[cisco-voip] crs recording are pretty bad

I got the recording working.  The problem was that I am spanning the voice
vlan, which includes the GW.  So I was getting double conversations.  I
fixed it with spaning RX only or TX only.  Thank you for all your help

Also check the CPU on the CRS server.  I've seen people pull reports
at the same time as recording causing gargling.
