All,
Just did an upgrade from 3.3.4 to 4.1.3sr3a. Client had multiple
shared lines all over the place. As they are now interested in line
groups to change the way they route calls, they brought up a good
question.
Before, on 3.3.4, if another phone was using the shared line, all the
other phones that also shared that line showed the caller info on the
lcd screen. Its quite handy with the secretaries.
Now with 4, it just shows line status (on hook, off hook, ringing).
Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know how to make this work like it
did in 3.3.4?
