Sorry - I thought you were making changes.

SOAL/AXL is the API that Cisco wants you to use to make those 'database' changes directly. There is a schema available which includes most (if not all) the database fields.

As for making changes and seeing them take effect - I'm surprised. Don't know what else to say. ;)

  That has not been my experience. I've done this quite a lot while
  developing a script to automatically reroute calls for branches that
  lose their T1, but have no SRST. I can watch the icon and message change
  on my test phone as I adjust NumPlan.CFADestination...
