I doubt you'll get an RJ-21 to RJ-11 cable assembly. Making male ends is a lot of work and probably not worth it in the end.
Get your self an RJ-21 to bare end cable with some BIX RJ11 puncdown blocks or something like that.
Graybar is where we got our RJ-21 cable.
