Ages ago, Ortronics carried a line of octopus cables. They had a part
that had an Amphenol 25pr connector on one end and 24 (not 25,
interestingly enough) single pair RJ11 connectors. I recently needed
something like that, but could not find it, at least not pre-made. You
can order a 12 leg octopus cable and reterminate the ends into two
RJ11's, but I have better ways to spend my time.

What I found was the AllenTel AT125-SM, described as a bridging adapter.

This is a unit about 6x8" and has both male and female Amphenol 25 pair
connectors broken out to single-pair RJ11s. I am using one for an IAD-24
to put an analog fax server on voip...

That and a 5' M-M 25 pair cable are available from Graybar and probably
other suppliers as well.
