Richard,

I just ran into this myself and got an answer from TAC.
On your last Voicemail Port, configure the forward NoAn/Busy/? to the
extension that you want to be called in the event that Unity is down.

Scott

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity down problem

Hi,

I got a question.
What is th ebest way to do the following?

When Unity crashes and all phones are forwarded to voicemail.
The caller gets a disconnect after the call is answered with no answer
or busy.

Do I configured the voicemail ports for transferring to a directory
number?

Richard
