[cisco-voip] VG248 port stuck offhook

I have had the same problem with patient room phones, I have had
discussions with Cisco and have not found a reason or solution. What's
strange is I can receive calls but can't make calls or get a dial tone
and the gateway recognizes when I go off hook or on hook. To clear it I
have to telnet to the VG248 and do a restart, this takes care of the
problem until the next time which happens about every 5-6 weeks randomly
with different phones.

Subject: [cisco-voip] VG248 port stuck offhook

Anyone had a single port on VG248 stuck offhook before? I've tried
disabling the port and re-enabling. The Fax machine connected to it is
on hook.

Trying to cover all the bases before I ask them to check the wiring.
