[cisco-voip] Terminal Services Caution for Unity on Windows 2003 Server

This is a forewarning of a gotcha that bit us recently.  

 

Using Windows Terminal Services RDC with the console option can break
the Unity VM TSP ports unless optioned very specifically on both sides
of the connection.   The problem applies only to Unity on Windows 2003
Server.  Look up bug CSCeg39434 for more details.
