[cisco-voip] how to view logs and debug crs

we are experiencing incoming calls not able to get thru to the call center..  this is happening to 1 out of ten calls.  customers are dialing our 1800 number that is config as a cti point on the CM . and we are forwarding all to the crs trigger.  we are not sure if its the script flow or calls from the cm problem
