[cisco-voip] Phone Load 8.03 for 7970

I see for some reason you cannot download the firmware files only for
8.03. All Cisco has up for SCCP is the .exe to run on the Callmanager. I
prefer to insert the files myself. Maybe they forgot to put the "files
only" .zip out there.

Also noticed that it provides more stats if you press ? during a call
than it used to.. some MOS information etc. Not sure if that was this
release specifically or not but interesting.
