[cisco-voip] FW: IPCC forums

I'm not surprised. The professionalism of this list is excellent. Aside from the few vendors spamming us offline (which I don't consider real users).

I'm on a list where there errupts a tirade of flames every once and a while, some of which are ridiculous.

The last was some guy who complained about spelling their vs they're vs there. His comment was genuine enough, but it was like a match to a couldron of gasoline.

It was really just a question because I've seen it in numerous other groups. I'm surprised I didn't get flamed ;-)

Personally, I like going to one place. I can also just bypass the other ones I don't want.

    Just my 2 cents.

Just as a matter of differentiation (and reducing the number of potentially unwanted messages for some viewers), should we make a IPCC/contact center/ivr/tcl mailing list?

Also you could use: ask-icd-ivr-support at external.cisco.com

You can also try the Netpro forum, probably the Contact Center area:

Are there any specific IPCC scripting forums on the web like this one?

      Thanks.
