[cisco-voip] we are recieving a N/A on calling number

The below debug looks normal and there are no errors or reject messages 
from the CCM to the telco.  The same is true with the previous debug 
you sent, except we did not see the disconnect cause code.  The ISDN 
signaling looks to be fine.  The call is being disconnected from the 
PSTN side, whether the disconnect is initiated by the telco or the 
caller   would be interesting to know.  Again, what does the caller 
hear when placing the call?

CCM does not care about the calling party info.  Have you compared q931 
debug to a working call to see what differences there are in the 
signaling?
