[cisco-voip] we are recieving a N/A on calling number

I believe that message is coming from the TELCO not CCM. Have you
verified that the ISDN switch type you have defined is the correct one?
Michael has a good point that we were overlooking the call reference in
the setup and disconnect messages :-) The same applies below. More
debug info is needed to see the disconnect that corresponds to the call
setup.
What is 3035? Can you complete calls without caller ID to other
destinations?
Have you looked at CCM traces to see what CCM is doing with the call?
What are the differences in the debug isdn q931 for a working call from
your cell phone versus the non-working call from your cell phone.
Hopefully to the same destination.
