Which product? I only see Enterprise/SP Insight. Sounds expensive. ;)

  I believe if I remember right Variphy (www.variphy.com) has it so you can see button presses.

  Can anyone confirm that this application relays the keys pressed by the user without having the display feedback? What I mean by this, is that we routinely troubleshoot FAC calls and would like to see the user press 12345 and tell them, you're reading it backwards, you should be pressing 54321.

    There is a GUI that allows you to connect to remote phones to see what the end user is seeing.  How do I go about getting this GUI.
