No, Speakerphone was enabled and VM was working fine at the time. This was only effecting 2 phones and rest were working fine for IDivert. I did see those 2 issues (bugs) in my searches but they didn't really match the conditions.

Thanks.

was speakerphone disabled in the phone configuration?
CSCef55202 Idivert softkey does not work with speakerphone disabled

looks like idivert is also known to not function when voicemail is
unreachable.

Anyone ever see issue where the IDivert softkey did not do anything
(phone just keeps ringing) in CCM 4.0(2a) with 7.2.4 phoneload on a
7940? Rebooting the phone did not get it working, updating the phone
in CCM did not have any effect. Had to completely delete the phone
from CCM and re-add it back in and now IDivert is working again.
Have done some bug searches and release notes to try to find a bug
but not seeing anything.

Thanks, Erick
