When you phone that extension directly, does it go to voicemail? If not, you might find this helps. Every once and a while we have a problem where a users voice mail trigger does not kick in. It simply rings and rings and rings, etc. Everything looks good, a reset doesn't fix it, an unplug/pug doesn't fix it, etc. We found that by changing the voicemail profile to 'no voicemail', saving, reseting and then changing the voicemail profile back to where it was, saving, reseting - it fixed the problem.

Subject: [cisco-voip] iDivert softkey issue
Anyone ever see issue where the IDivert softkey did not do anything (phone just keeps ringing) in CCM 4.0(2a) with 7.2.4 phoneload on a 7940? Rebooting the phone did not get it working, updating the phone in CCM did not have any effect. Had to completely delete the phone from CCM and re-add it back in and now IDivert is working again. Have done some bug searches and release notes to try to find a bug but not seeing anything.
Thanks, Erick
