[cisco-voip] CCMUser page does not work

I am trying to login to CCMUser at http:// <ip addr of cm>/ccmuser and I
get 
a
http 500 internal server error.  I am using CM 4.1.3sr1 and it is a
vmware 
install.
Also, my services and directory phone buttons show http[500] error.
Also 
the
services just show the html/asp code not the service i defined.  I
converted 
eveything in enterprise paramters to ip address for url's.
