Hi Scott,
yeah, that works fine, we actually have deployed several such scenarios

. The problem is, that I wouldn't have to integrate with just one qsig PBX. The Central PBX is replaced by the ccm, so I don't have a local pbx with which to integrate with.  Rather I would have ti integrate with half a dozen PBXs in other locations, which are networked via QSIG over h323 (classic Voip toll bypass). I believe, that it would not be possible to connect back to back to the network of PBXs, because CCM expects only one pbx behind a MGCP Qsig Link, rather than many.
I'm just not sure what would work in such a scenario.
