[cisco-voip] CM 4.1(2) error message when using CCM Admin

Thanks for the response, Wes. I wanted to give some follow up info.
This was happening for EVERY phone we tried, not just one or two. After
about an hour we tried it again and it worked. Whatever was causing it
"fixed itself". Strange.

phone is missing attributes from the database. only way to recover is
to tick the box on left, then go to bottom and use 'delete selected'.
then rebuild the phone.
