[cisco-voip] iDivert softkey issue

Still have some phones doing this. Have changed VM profile to something else, and back and no change. Going through the traces from time (need a better set) I see the soft key hit once and the call diverted to VM in traces then after it goes to VM it is getting a unexpected APDU error of some sort in the trace file. User had hit softkey multiple times though. I need to work to get a better set of traces though as I am seeing that for other calls so may not be related.

When you phone that extension directly, does it go to
voicemail? If not, you might find this helps. Every once and a while we have a
problem where a users voice mail trigger does not kick in. It simply rings and
rings and rings, etc. Everything looks good, a reset doesn't fix it, an
unplug/pug doesn't fix it, etc. We found that by changing the voicemail profile
to 'no voicemail', saving, reseting and then changing the voicemail profile back
to where it was, saving, reseting - it fixed the problem.

  issue

Anyone ever see issue where the IDivert softkey did not do
anything (phone just keeps ringing) in CCM 4.0(2a) with 7.2.4 phoneload on a
7940? Rebooting the phone did not get it working, updating the phone in
CCM did not have any effect. Had to completely delete the phone from CCM
and re-add it back in and now IDivert is working again. Have done some
bug searches and release notes to try to find a bug but not seeing anything.

Thanks,
  Erick
