[cisco-voip] Cisco 7940/7960 - Unregisters

Hi,
We have a site that connects to the CCM through the WAN via a VPN tunnel.
The 7940 and 7960 do unregister themselves a couple of times/day.
The customer says that he need to unplug the powerchord and plug it in again, then it works.
On the display it only says registering with cisco callmanager.
The phone load I use is P00307020400 and we have CCM 4.2(3).
Anyone else who have seen this one?
They also got a bunch of 7912 and a few 7920, they don't have the same problem.
