[cisco-voip] 7961 Typematic Speed

I just updated our 7961 firmware to 8.04 and I noticed when the receiver
is on-hook and you dial the phone number, then press dial or pick up the
receiver, the rate at which the number dials is VERY slow in comparison
to the 7.X firmware.  Is there any way to speed this up?  Why did it
change?  The same thing happened to our 7970's when updating to 8.0X.
