[cisco-voip] IPCC - Place Call Statement

Trying to setup an option in IPCC script "Place Call" that will basically
call an off net number, on call pager.

I can use either a Call Redirect or Place Call statement "is that the right
word".  When using the Place Call it seems to be requiring me to define a
"Call Control Group ID".   The definition is either very vague or I am just
very dense and don't get it.

Can anyone help me understand this?  Or explain how you have or would setup
a off net call within an IPCC script?
