[cisco-voip] Group Voice Mail Box ?

We are using UM. So here is what I have done, setup an AD and Exchange
account for the voicemail box. Say "NetSupport" for example. The idea
being I can give people for that group access to it, that way we don't have
the voicemail going out to a bunch of people and then have multiple people
working an issue at the same time.

Now, what I have never used is alternate extensions. It would be great to
have these individuals be able to have messages in this box appear via the
MWI on their phone. I admit though I am not sure how to do this.

I went to my unity subscriber info, selected alternate extensions and tried
adding the extension I setup for the "NetSupport" subscriber but it says it
is already in use. I must not fully understand something or how you did
this.

Care to elaborate or point me in the right direction?
