[cisco-voip] Call Handler send to CCM

Make a second call handler, maybe call it "Transfer to <number>". Set up the
transfer options to ring the number for your hunt group. Then in your main
call handler, after it plays the greeting have it attempt to transfer to the
new "Transfer to <number" call handler.
