[cisco-voip] IPCC: present caller with place in queue and avg. timeto hold?

Here is one I created a while back.  It's also got a couple other
subscripts for remotely turning the queue on and off using xml files.
 
The main script is RSC-VQ (VQ = visual queue, which is the 'technical
term' for this type of script).

Anyone have an IPCC script that would present a caller with their
current position in queue and/or the avg. time in queue or something
along those lines?

I am looking to play with it and see if I can get one or both of those
options implemented. 

Any info or examples would be appreciated.
