[cisco-voip] Undelete file from Router flash?

Everybody,
On my 2600 Router, I want  to undelete a file that exists in the flash and appears as 'deleted'. In my 12 .2 IOS release, I do not have an 'undelete' command available. So How can I still recover or undelete the file?
