[cisco-voip] Call Handlers

I am trying to build a call handler with caller Input such as press 1 to
transfer to mobile, press 2 to leave a message.

 

I have added a new call handler called Transfer to Mobile, to this I
have added the mobile number to Call Transfer settings Yes, ring
subscriber at this number.

 

I have changed the standard greeting on my subscriber account and in the
Caller Input changed Key 1 to Send caller to Call Handler (Transfer to
Mobile) and Key 2 to Take Message.

 

The owner of the Call Handler Transfer to Mobile is the Example
Administrator account and my subscriber account has the default
administrator Class of Service.

 

When I call this subscriber account I get the greeting I recorded but
when I press 1 to transfer to mobile I get the prompt saying that the
Example Administrator is not available.

 

Can anyone advise what I am missing here, so I have to add call routing
to forward the calls back to the CCM or could it be something to do with
the restriction tables?
