[cisco-voip] ip phones dont give busy signal

chech your settings under Phone DN... calling search spaces for busy on Internal/External calls

do you have indication on the phone when second call arrives (on the screen)?

  even the phone is busy , when the second call come , the busy phone doesnt give busy signal.
  And the calling person hear ringing tone insted of busy tone.

  and this only happens when we make internal calls. But when we try to call from outside (i mean from pstn) ,this time the busy phone gives busy singal.
