Candese,
You can accomplish the same thing you are doing now with Call Handlers,
as long as your unity ports have access to make an offnet call. You
just need to put the cell phone number in the Call Handler. Then point
the caller input in the subscriber account to that Call Handler. You
are still creating a Call Handler per person but Call Handlers are free,
no need to burn a subscriber license.

Subject: [cisco-voip] call transfer out of unity
Does anyone know of a way to transfer a call out of unity using caller
input. We are currently using caller input to redirect to a unity dummy
account that corresponds with a dummy number in CM that is set to
forward to external #'s like cell phones.
The problem is that we are using 2 unity licenses for each customer as
we have to create a standard user account and a dummy account to use
caller input transfer in unity.
Looking for a way to conserve licenses.
Any ideas how to get around this?
Thanks!
candese
