[cisco-voip] IPCC: Best way to present queue stats to everyone?

I have seen where someone make a XML app for the phone that could look
at each queue, who was logged in, how many, and how long the longest
person had been in there.

Pretty neat and it was home grown also.

The Cisco Agent Desktop presents the same realtime stats found in
AppAdmin/RealTime to CAD users. It's in the menus somewhere on the CAD
software.

For $$$ use Symon Enterprise Server, it does a ODBC connection to IPCC's
db and can do Notification Area pop ups like Outlook when threasholds
are crossed, etc. Contact a Symon or Dimension Data sales rep for a
sales pitch.

Good dev and database person could customize anything. Cisco says do
what you want with Crystal Reports, etc. But the out of box reporting in
Express is limited. We wrote a app for 50" plasmas to show stats in
huge fonts you can see across a room. At a previous job we had
RealStats running at the end of each cube row for employees to go look
at.

Running IPCC Express Premium 4.0(3) and wondering if there is a simple
way to show queue information and stats? Real time info that is.

Currently I don't seem to see a way to present this info to everyone,
not even agents. I assumed that agents would be able to see queues from
the agent desktop and say calls in queue and so on.

Since that is not the case I am wondering what others do if anything to
present queue stats to everyone?

Guess maybe there is a way to pull the info out and post to a web page?
Anyone done anything like that? Have examples or anything? Any ideas
would be helpful.
