[cisco-voip] configure IPMA with shared line

Hi all,
i am trying to set IPMA with shared line. It is the first time i am 
doing that, i thought it would be easy since in the past i had 
configured IPMA with proxy line but...:
I am using ccm 4.2(1)sr1b.
I thing i have done everything according to cisco documentation but all 
i get is:

at manager's phone an empty rectangule with only a bell in it!!
and when i try to login with ipma assistant, after i give username and 
password i get:
system error, please contact system administrator.

Keep in mind that i have not configured an IPMA route point since it is 
required only if you use proxy line support.
Any help?
