[cisco-voip] Installing CCM 4.1.3 steps needed

4.0 or 4.1?

Because if it 4.1, you need to get the shutdown.exe and throw it into the
c:\utils directory.

If it is 4.0, you also need to install SNMP and Terminal Services... but I
don't think that is the problem you are running into.

BTW, you didn't need to install Win2K SP4, OS2.7 would have done that for
you.
