[cisco-voip] CSA not stopping

I used both RDP and VNC and no difference....... Rebooting.............

I have had problems with this as well.  Unfortunately I was unable to
kill the process no matter what I tried including the kill command.
Were you using VNC or RDP?  I think the issue may be that the dialog box
that pops up to confirm that you want to stop the process isn't showing
up for some reason and so it never stops.  That's what happened to me
anyway, I never saw the box which would make sense why I couldn't stop
the service if I wasn't able to confirm it and type in the letters, etc.
I don't remember if I was using VNC or RDP, but you may try both and see
if it you see the dialog box.

Has anyone had CSA not Stop when trying to stop It from the Services
MSC?

 

CSA 4.5-1 build 655 

CM 4.1.3sr2 

OS 4.3asr5

 

I'll reboot tonight unless anyone has any ideas?
