Jason,
We are in the process of deploying IPCC Express in conjunction with
Edify IVRs. We have not implemented yet, but I did do a proof of
concept with the customer before they would purchase the solution.
Their issue was that the IP system had to release the T1 port once the
IVR transferred out of Edify to an agent. This was accomplished using
Call Manager version 4.2.3 and doing a hookflash transfer. The routers
we are using are 2811s with MFTs. Three Edify IVRs with 2 T1s each. If
you do not have a need to transfer out of the Edify to an agent then it
should be no problem to configure CM to send calls to Edify via T1 or
FXS. Our T1 configuration was E&M wink start. Had to play with timing
for the hookflash (I think it was 500 ms) but finally got it to work.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Legacy systems with Call Manager
Has anyone ever integrated an AVT, Edify or I3 IVR with CallManager? I'm
going to try staging it tonight with CCM 4.1.3 and a 3845 with MFT
modules. The AVT is analog so I will be using FXS. Anyone know of any
gotchas or have advice?
