[cisco-voip] Attendant Console, SRST, hunt pilots

The ac user created in DCDirectory is associated with all pilot points
and attendant phones. This is how it can see and handle parked calls.

I would configure your receptionist with two or three fictional numbers
and add these into your hunt group. Any Attendant Console install is
pretty much "by the book".

Any thoughts on the rest? I can see needing pilot points and hunt
groups if I had multiple AC users at a site answering a common number,
but is it needed for just a single receptionist answering one DN? Or is

this going to be a "install according to the docs first" type of
situation?
