[cisco-voip] Feature Group D Support using MGCP CCM 4.1(3)sr3c

Does anyone knows if E&M type fgd is supported using mgcp between gateways and Callmanager and how I configure it on Callmanager since it only allows E&M dial-delay and Wink on the drop down menu of the gateway. I know it works using H323 but I prefer using mgcp.

ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-12 type e&m-fgd
