[cisco-voip] Issues with some calls into unity after userenters *

That command should not have been there as the configuration of the gateway
comes from tftp server in case of MGCP and it's allways  'mgcp dtmf-relay
voip codec all mode out-of-band',Anyways nice to hear that Issue has been
resolved.
