[cisco-voip] Feature Group D Support using MGCP CCM 4.1(3)sr3c

Just to throw my 2 cents in,

I could not use FGD with MGCP on a 2800. Also the format I received
from the carrier in the Phoenix area was not the format cisco wanted
either. The carrier was sending *ANI*DNIS* and cisco wanted something
like a *XX in front of it were XX was a code to identify something about
the source of the call. I was told that I could only change what cisco
was looking for on a gateway like to AS5300. Since the customer was
moving to PRI's in a few weeks, I ended up using a translation rule to
throw away the extra digits (Including the Caller ID) until they moved
the DID numbers to the new circuits. I was working on a TCL script to
break it out to the two parts and send the right stuff in the H323 call
setup, but since it would only be for such a short time I never finished
it.

T1?s are not supported with MGCP at this time.? If you wantfractional T1
support you will have to stick with H.323.

gateways and Callmanager and how Iconfigure it on Callmanager since it
only allows E&M dial-delay and Wink onthe drop down menu of the gateway.
I know it works using H323 but I preferusing mgcp.
