[cisco-voip] H.323 endpoints

I'm thinking about using an H.323 soft client with CallManager and 
finding the documentation to be sparse.  Or maybe I just don't know 
where to look.  Is there a specific setup guide for H.323 protocol 
(endpoints) with CallManager?

A generic question... is there any way to set up H.323 endpoints without 
a gatekeeper?  Would there be any value in this or would it mean dialing 
by IP address?
