[cisco-voip] Solution for Queue Stats and/or Agent State Stats for IPCC express agents?

I am trying to do two things:

 

-          Phone agents would like a jsp (Java) script to allow agents
to be able to see on their IP phones if they are in ready or not.

-          CAD agents want a real-time indicator of the number of calls
in queue that would display on large flat screen or on an agents
desktop.

 

If anyone has any experience with this that could suggest a solution??
