[cisco-voip] need help

Monika, I have a user with the same error.  Reading all the threads all
I can do is say been there, done that.  Have you found a fix for this?
I tried a different extension (not set to ACD Line) and it allowed the
logon, so it seems to be associated to the phone itself not so much the
rm user.
