[cisco-voip] CallManager 5 Service Release Problem.

To upgrade from .1000 to .2000 here, the Cisco business unit suggested
that we wipe out and reload. 1000 was not a publicly released version
so they were able to suggest that.

Hi,

Upgrade from 5.0.4-1000 to 5.0.4-2000 is not possible by normal means
according to tac. 5.04a should only be installed if you encounter on of
the specific problem mentioned in the 5.04a release notes. There might
be a way to get this working, but I guess you will have to open a case
for this.

bernhard

Betreff: [cisco-voip] CallManager 5 Service Release Problem.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone tried to load the latest service release for CallManager 5. I
put the TAR file on a CD, and when I try to upgrade, I get a message
that states that for this level of CallManager, I need to have a signed
file. The current system version is 5.0.4.1000-1 and I am trying to
upgrade to the service release 5.0.4.2000

Thanks
