[cisco-voip] MCSBackup affected by OSversion?

If i have a backup image created by mcsbackup utility for a specific CCM 
and OS version
and i try to restore it in another server with the same hardware, same 
CCM version and name but an upgraded OS version, will it be OK?
For example, old image ccm 4.2(1) OS 2000.4.3asr3 and restore it to ccm 
4.2(1) OS 2000.4.3asr4.
