[cisco-voip] Error when opening lines - CM 4.1(3) SR3c

I rebooted both servers this morning.  DBLhelper shows no problems...

Check the RIS Data Collector service... you may need to reboot the cluster to get everything back in sync...

BTW, usually, you get that error on the SUB...
