[cisco-voip] New MCS-7845-IPC1 Error Loading Operating System

The OS 2000.4.3(a) does the imaging of my new MCS-7845-IPC1, after it
completes and reboots I see the BIOS boot from c:\ then I get "Error
Loading Operating System".

 

The SCSI Controller is happy, but it appears the MBR can't determine
where there is a OS to boot.

 

I'm re-running the OS DVD to see if that fixes it. Any other ideas?
I've reseated the hardware/drives.
